Choose this option if you are shipping from a residential area. "Residential" is defined as shipments picked up from private residences, apartments, camps, churches, convents, country clubs, estates, golf courses, farms, marinas, military bases, mini-storage warehouses, non-commercial locations; nursing homes, prisons, rectory or schools, yacht Clubs and other such locations.

If you need the driver to go inside (beyond the unloading area described in Item 750 of the Rules Tariff) to deliver your shipment, select this option. Additional fees apply for this service.

If the shipper or consignee is required to be notified prior to delivery a fee will be assessed to include appointment setting.

Hazmat, or hazardous materials, are any substance or material that can adversely affect the safety of the public, handlers, or carriers during transportation. Hazmat freight is regulated by the Department of Transportation and requires special handling and placarding. Additional fees apply for this service.

Freezable shipments are shipments that have potential to freeze during transport, which would damage the product. If you would like added protection for your freezable shipment, select this option. Additional fees apply for this service.
